没有开瓶器,也能花式开红酒!

  每个人都会至少碰到那么一次(没错,说的就是你)

  万事俱备:精美的食物,看起来很棒的红酒,高格调的氛围。。。却突然发现无论如何也找不到开瓶器了!!

  这个时候还真是有点real尴尬啊!

没有开瓶器,也能花式开红酒!

  So你以为没有开瓶器就能阻挡我们喝红酒了吗???too young to naive!

  这次我们教大家不用开瓶器也照样开红酒~

  方法一:螺丝钉(A Good Screw)

  工具: 一枚钉子和一把钳子

  Tools required: A wood screw and a pair of pliers

  先把塑料或者金属纸做的酒帽撕掉,然后用钳子将螺丝钉旋至软木塞约3/4深处,之后钳子夹住螺丝钉往外拔,软木塞也就一起拔出来啦。

  是不是很简单?!!

  Technique: Remove the cap (the plastic or metal wrap that covers the cork) then use the pliers to wind the screw about ¾ of the way into the cork. And then use the pliers to pull the screw – and the cork – out. Easy!

  方法二:鞋子(The Shoe)

  工具:带跟的男士皮鞋

  Tools required: a man’s shoe with heel.

  这个办法很少有人知道,不过很实用。

  将瓶子倒过来拿在手上,用鞋跟多敲几下瓶底。等差不多3/4的木塞出来时,你只要轻轻用手一拔,瓶塞就拿出来了。

  不过!千万不要太用力一直敲瓶底!

  因为这样很有可能结果是:你的酒全洒了,还淋了一身……

  Technique: A little-known but effective technique: turn the bottle upside down and use the heel of the shoe to tap the bottle. When the cork is ¾ of the way out, simply use you hands to pull it out. Do not tap the bottle with your shoe all the way, otherwise you will end up with the wine all over the floor and your un-shoed feet.

  方法三:小刀(A Cut Above The Rest)

  工具:一把锋利的小刀

  Tools required: A sharp, strong knife

  把刀片尽可能深地插入木塞中,然后慢慢旋转直到拔出。

  不过这个方法比较考验技术,一定要注意安全!

  Technique: Insert the blade of the knife as deeply as possible into the cork and turn slowly. Be very careful employing this method.

  方法四:筷子(Chopsticks style)

  工具:一双筷子,最好是不锈钢带尖头的筷子

  Tools required: A pair of chopsticks(preferably the stainless steel kind with a sharper point)

  撕掉酒帽后,将一双筷子尽可能深地插入木塞中,接着继续慢慢往前推,直到木塞掉入酒中。

  避免被溅到,最好在厨房间的水槽里操作,或者在瓶身上裹一块毛巾。

  也可以用锤子敲击筷子,或利用桌面,把木塞推入瓶中。

  这个方法需要注意的是:尽量选择塑料或者金属的筷子。因为木质的筷子很容易断。不然红酒没打开,还折了一双筷子就不划算啦!

  Technique: Remove the cap and insert two chopsticks as far as they will go into the cork. Keep pushing down gently until the cork falls into the wine. To avoid spilling the wine on yourself, it is better doing this in a kitchen sink and using a dish towel as you push down. You can also tap on the chopsticks with a hammer or the edge of a table. Ideally, avoid using rare, ancestral chopsticks, as they often break. Plastic or steel chopsticks are better for this.

  方法五:钥匙(The Key To Good Wine)

  工具:一把金属材质的钥匙

  Tools required: A metal key

  把钥匙从侧边插入木塞中,然后轻轻转动,直至木塞撬出。

  如果瓶子握不太牢,可以在瓶子上裹一块小毛巾,这样就不会手滑了。

  Technique: Press the key laterally into the cork and turn slowly. You can use a dish-towel to protect your hands and to give you a better grip.

  超过90%的葡萄酒都是装在玻璃瓶瓶中,并用软木塞密封的。而葡萄酒的搭档——开瓶器,干净、安全、便利、快捷,这也是为什么几百年来大家一直选择用开瓶器来开葡萄酒的原因。

  如果你有一瓶好酒,但手头没有开瓶器,最好还是等有开瓶器了再开。但是如果你迫切的需要开一瓶酒又缺乏工具,那么以上办法可以帮到你。唯一要注意的就是,小心一点,慢慢来,尤其是在使用那些锋利工具的时候。
